Apple Cidde Vingear..

Apple cider vinegar (ACV) is a popular natural remedy for hair, known for balancing scalp pH, reducing dandruff, and adding shine. In this experiment, the author applied diluted ACV to their hair overnight. The next morning, they noticed softer, shinier hair and a cleaner, less itchy scalp. ACV helped reduce frizz and product buildup without causing dryness or irritation.

While ACV is effective, it should be diluted properly to avoid irritation, and overuse can lead to dryness. Compared to other treatments, ACV is a natural, cost-effective option for clarifying and enhancing shine but may not provide the same moisture as oils or conditioners.
