Pierre Reginald Boulos, a Haitian national and lawful permanent resident of the United States, has been arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on suspicion of engaging in Haitian gang activity and immigration fraud. The arrest happened in Miami, where Boulos is being held at the moment.
The Haitian gang known as Viv Ansanm, which has been classified as a foreign terrorist organization, is thought to have had Boulos’ support and cooperation, according to ICE.
