Florida Mom of Rare Twin Girls with Down Syndrome Inspires the World with Unbreakable Love

When 23-year-old Savannah Combs from Middleburg, Florida, found out she was expecting identical twin girls, she was already beating the odds. Identical twin births are uncommon—only about 3 to 4 in every 1,000. But what made her journey even more remarkable was the news that both babies had Down syndrome, a genetic condition caused by an extra copy of chromosome 21.
