Florida Republican Files New Articles of Impeachment Against Biden…

Former President Donald Trump made history by becoming the first to be impeached twice while in office, but President Joe Biden has also set a record of sorts — having the most articles of impeachment filed against him.

On Saturday, a Florida Republican filed another round of impeachment articles against Biden, accusing him of four separate offenses.

It’s long past time to impeach Joe Biden,” said Rep. Greg Steube in a press release.“He has undermined the integrity of his office, brought disrepute on the Presidency, betrayed his trust as President, and acted in a manner subversive of the rule of law and justice at the expense of America’s citizens.

He added: “The evidence continues to mount by the day – the Biden Crime Family has personally profited off Joe’s government positions through bribery, threats, and fraud. Joe Biden must not be allowed to continue to sit in the White House, selling out our country.”

According to the filing, Biden stands accused of:

ARTICLE 1: ABUSE OF POWER: BRIBERY, HOBBS ACT EXTORTION, & HONEST SERVICES FRAUD

“These charges arise from Biden’s alleged involvement with his family’s business dealings, including Hunter and James Biden’s (the president’s brother) alleged effort to sell access to then-Vice President Biden between 2009 and 2017 in exchange for “payments and business opportunities from foreign and domestic business partners,’” Fox News reported.

On Wednesday, Rep. James Comer, R-Ky, the Chairman of the House Oversight Committee, issued a memorandum that purportedly demonstrates foreign payments amounting to over $20 million received by the Biden family. However, Democrats assert that none of the evidence indicates that President Biden accepted any payments or engaged in any wrongdoing, the outlet continued.
ARTICLE 2: OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE

This article cites IRS whistleblower testimony that “members of the Biden campaign improperly colluded with Justice Department (DOJ) officials to improperly interfere with investigations into tax crimes alleged to have been committed by Hunter Biden.”

ARTICLE 3: FRAUD

ARTICLE 4: FINANCIAL INVOLVEMENT IN DRUG AND PROSTITUTION

“The third and fourth articles accuse Biden of ‘fraud’ and paying for Hunter Biden’s illegal drugs and trysts with prostitutes, respectively,” Fox News continued.

Steube on Friday also introduced a bill mandating the Secret Service chief to produce a report concerning the unlawful consumption of controlled substances within the White House. This follows the Secret Service concluding an investigation into cocaine discovered at the White House last month without identifying a suspect. Steube titled the legislation the “Helping Understand Narcotics Traces at the Executive Residence (HUNTER) Act.”

The United States Secret Service (USSS) refers to themselves as one of the most elite law enforcement agencies in the world. It’s completely unacceptable that the USSS has failed to find who is responsible for bringing cocaine into one of the most secure buildings in the world,” he said.

“The American people deserve answers. My legislation demands information on the closed investigation into the cocaine found at the White House in July and focuses on how Congress can provide oversight to prevent future illicit usage of controlled substances in the White House,” the Florida Republican continued.

Steube’s articles of impeachment are only the latest to be filed against Biden.
During the current session of Congress, Rep. Andy Ogles, R-Tenn., has also introduced articles of impeachment against Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris. His were introduced on June 12, with Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.) as a co-sponsor.

Earlier, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., introduced articles of impeachment against Biden, as well as other Biden officials such as Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, Attorney General Merrick Garland, FBI Director Christopher Wray, and U.S. Attorney Matthew Graves.

And Boebert has brought a privileged motion to the House floor — against the wishes of several GOP leaders — to force an impeachment vote on all members
