Salmon Spaghetti Carbonara…

Ingredients :
300 g Nudeln (Spaghetti)
100 g smoked salmon (fillet or slices)
1 onion(s)
200 g milk
2 None
2 cloves of garlic)
3 THE Parmesan
salt and pepper
oil (neutral)
Preparation :
Cook spaghetti as usual.

Dice the onions as finely as possible and the salmon (do not skimp on quality here) into small pieces. Peel the garlic and chop it as finely as possible (you can of course also use a garlic press – I personally prefer chopping).
Sauté the onions in oil until translucent, briefly sweat half the garlic and the salmon in it and quickly remove from the heat.

Drain the finished spaghetti and quickly put it back into the pot. Now pour the egg and cream mixture over it and mix with the spaghetti. If the egg does not start to set due to the residual heat of the pot and the noodles, briefly put it back on the stovetop. Finally, stir in the salmon and onions.
