You’ll never bake another! – Apple pie with vanilla pudding…


Ingredients:
-155 g sugar
-250 g butter
-some salt
-250 g flour
-2 pck vanilla sugar
-2 pck vanilla pudding powder
-1 pck baking powder
-3 eggs
-155 ml milk
-3 large apples
Preparation:
(Preheat the oven to 180-190 °C and grease a springform pan with some butter).
1. In the beginning, mix the vanilla sugar with the butter, sugar and a little salt until fluffy. Then gradually add the eggs. Now add the flour, baking powder and vanilla pudding powder and mix well, adding the milk little by little.

now wash, peel, core the apples and cut them into pieces as you like.now fold the apple pieces into the batter with the dough scraper.
last, pour the batter with the apple pieces into the rectangular springform pan and bake on medium rack for 40-50 minutes and done. It’s FAST and delicious too!
