Famous 80s star actress was found passed at four in the morning in an open field

Jennifer Robyn Bernard, best known for her memorable role as Terry Brock on the popular soap opera General Hospital during the 1980s, has died at the age of 64. Bernard was found early Tuesday morning in an open field behind a business in San Jacinto, California. Police identified her through fingerprint records, but the exact cause of her death has not yet been released. An autopsy, including toxicology tests, is currently underway to determine the circumstances surrounding her passing

Born on May 26, 1959, in Gladewater, Texas, Jennifer Robyn Bernard began her acting career in the early 1980s. Her first credited role was in the 1981 film Diva. She soon gained television roles, appearing in shows such as Whiz Kids in 1983 and The Facts of Life in 1984. However, it was her role as Terry Brock on General Hospital that truly made her a household name. From 1984 until 1990, Bernard portrayed Terry Brock in a total of 145 episodes. Her character remains a fan favorite, remembered for her complex storylines and strong presence on the long-running daytime drama.

After her successful run on General Hospital, Bernard continued to work in the entertainment industry. One of her later notable roles was playing a psychologist in the 2002 movie Voices from the High School, which further showcased her range as an actress.

Jennifer was not the only performer in her family. Her younger sister, Crystal Bernard, is also an accomplished actress, best known for her role as Helen on the popular television sitcom Wings. The sisters’ shared talent and presence in television have been celebrated by fans for decades.
