Having visible veins (called vascularity) can happen for several reasons, and it doesn’t always mean something bad. Common causes include:

✅ Exercise / weightlifting – stronger circulation and muscle growth push veins closer to the surface.
✅ Genetics – some people naturally have more visible veins.

✅ Heat or physical activity – veins expand when the body warms up.
⚠️ Sometimes, sudden new visible veins, especially if painful, swollen, or only on one side, could indicate an issue like varicose veins or circulation problems, and that’s when it’s good to check with a doctor.
