Reports: Family killed in NYC crash was on birthday flight

A Bell 206L-4 LongRanger IV sightseeing helicopter operated by New York Helicopter crashed into the Hudson River near Jersey City, New Jersey, resulting in the deaths of all six individuals aboard. The victims included a Spanish family of five—Agustín Escobar, a Siemens executive, his wife Merce Camprubí Montal, and their three children—and the 36-year-old pilot, Sean Johnson, a former U.S. Navy SEAL.
