While she didn’t directly cite Donald Trump’s presidency as the reason for her move, she has been vocal about her political views, even comparing Trump’s politics to “emperor-core.” Love has expressed her love for London, citing its laws, lack of guns, and the discretion she enjoys there.
She’s not alone in relocating, as other celebrities, like Rosie O’Donnell and Ellen DeGeneres, have also moved abroad, seeking better living conditions and political stability. O’Donnell, for example, moved to Ireland with her child, citing concerns about the political climate in the U.S.
