Eating garlic is very good

Garlic is good, but it cannot be used arbitrarily. Especially in the following cases

Garlic has been an indispensable spice in the family kitchen. It is not only delicious, but it is also said to cure many diseases and has a good effect in bringing luck and dispelling evil. However, if you do not know the following cases in which you must avoid eating garlic, you may bring more diseases to your body.

People with a history of liver disease

It is believed that garlic has a standard effect, eating a lot can prevent hepatitis. Some people even persist in eating garlic every day after having liver disease. But this is a way of doing “more harm than good”.

– People with liver disease

People with liver disease (especially those with hot liver) eating garlic will make it hotter, causing strong stimulation, causing many damages to this organ.

Do not eat garlic when you have eye disease

Chinese medicine has a saying: “Garlic has a hundred benefits, but only harms the eyes”. As this type of tuber has a part of the ingredient that stimulates the mucous membrane and conjunctiva of the eye, people with poor eyesight and eye diseases are advised to limit eating garlic.

– Stop eating garlic when you have diarrhea

For normal people, eating raw garlic is especially beneficial for the stomach. However, for people who are suffering from cholera, garlic is a food that should be avoided.

That is because allicin in garlic increases intestinal wall irritation, resulting to blood vessel congestion, edema, which can make the condition worse or cause unwanted complications.

When hungry

Eating garlic when hungry or eating only garlic without eating other foods can easily cause stomach ulcers. Allicin (a component of garlic) easily causes the antibiotic properties in garlic to take effect, leading to heat in the stomach
