Gregory Watson enjoyed a tranquil life in his neighborhood until Jack, his new neighbor, moved in. Jack’s persistent habit of parking in Gregory’s designated spot soon became a significant issue. Gregory, a man in his early 50s suffering from chronic leg pain, depended on that parking spot for easy access to his home.
