My Husband Ruined Our Marriage Because He Shaved My Hair Off

While applying makeup in the bathroom, her husband pulled a prank that felt more hurtful than funny. Now, she’s left questioning their relationship, wondering why he would do something so cruel. She wrote to us, looking for advice.Hi The other day, I was in the bathroom, just doing my makeup, when my husband came in, looking for his electric razor. He found it, but instead of using it on himself, he turned it on and ran it through my hair. A huge chunk of my hair fell to the floor, and I was so stunned that I nearly fainted The worst part? Knowing that it’s going to take years for my hair to grow back to the way it was before.

I yelled, “Are you crazy? What are you doing?” He just started laughing and said, “Relax, it’s just a prank! Your hair will grow back, no big deal.” But I couldn’t stop crying, staring at the spot he shaved off. He kept watching me, barely able to keep himself from laughing even more. That same day, I packed my bags and left. Now I’m seriously considering getting a divorce because his behavior is really concerning. Weve been together for 3 years, and up until now, our relationship has been great with no major issues. I’ve never seen this twisted side of him before. But then again, maybe I overreacted?
