Tammy Slaton Of The 1000-lb. Sisters Shows 500-Pound Weight Loss Transformation In New Video

Tammy Slaton is commemorating her most recent weight loss achievement.
The 1000-Lb. Sisters actress recently declared that, since starting her journey, she had shed 500 pounds in total.

In a TikTok video from August 17th, synced to the motivational music “Rise Up” by Andra Day, Tammy responds to a shot that shows her and six other “weight loss warriors” entering the screen. On-screen lettering highlights each person’s weight loss as they move. The video demonstrates that the buddies shed 2,078 pounds together as they raised each other in tandem and clasped hands.

“Truly absolutely amazing ladies, and I’m happy to call y’all all my friends,” the 38-year-old wrote alongside the clip. “I’m so proud of each and every one of y’all. Not only are you beautiful on the inside, but you’re gorgeous on the outside. Never forget.”

Tammy, who co-stars with her sister Amy Slaton Halterman in the TLC series 1000-Lb. Sisters, has shared details about her health struggle since the show’s premiere in January 2020. After undergoing bariatric surgery in July 2022 and spending 14 months in a weight loss rehab center, Tammy has persisted in sharing her weight loss journey on social media and on TV. By December 2023, Tammy had shed forty-eight pounds.
