Renowned German actor Eric Braeden, famous for his role as Victor Newman on “The Young and the Restless,” recently shared a candid video about his battle with cancer. In his heartfelt message, the 82-year-old actor disclosed that he’s undergoing immunotherapy after being diagnosed with cancer.

During a Facebook Live session, Braeden revealed that his cancer diagnosis came as a surprise during a routine checkup, following issues with his prostate while recovering from knee surgery. He mentioned that “high-grade” cancer cells were found near his bladder.

Despite his health challenges, Braeden continues to work on the soap opera. He expressed his love for acting and his determination to overcome the illness, saying, “I’m happy to be able to go to work… I’ll be in top form again soon.”
