Tucker Carlson Laughs Out Loud At Kid Rock’s Response To Question!

Tucker Carlson wanted to know why “cancel culture” hasn’t been able to take out Kid Rock, and the Michigan rocker’s response left the Fox News host laughing out loud.
Kid Rock agreed to sit down with Tucker Carlson for an interview. The politically conservative rocker had been promoting a single he dropped in the summer of 2021, We the People, which has caused quite a reaction with the mainstream media. Rolling Stone gave the song a “thumbs down,” claiming it was offensive.
“On the song, [Kid Rock] taps into the right-wing agenda by dropping F-bombs about social media platforms, criticizing President Joe Biden, and repeating the phrase ‘Let’s go Brandon’ 13 times,” Rolling Stone reported before going on to quote more of the lyrics. “‘But Covid’s near, it’s coming to town/We gotta act quick, shut our borders down,’ he rap-sings before kissing up to his MAGA daddy: ‘Joe Biden does, the media embraces/Big Don does it and they call him racist.’”
“This isn’t the first time the rap-rocker has ranted in his songs,” Rolling Stone declared. “Back in November, he dropped ‘Don’t Tell Me How to Live,’ where he called the U.S. a ‘nation of p*ssies’ and ‘snowflakes’ as he compared himself to Bruce Springsteen and Brad Pitt, all while wearing a ‘Social Media Sucks’ T-shirt in the song’s video.”
Following Rolling Stone’s negative review of Kid Rock, Tucker Carlson pointed to the “woke culture” during his interview with the Grammy-nominated musician. “Why haven’t you been canceled?” Tucker asked. “Like, people aren’t allowed to say what they think. You are.”

“I am uncancelable,” Kid Rock responded. “Why’s that?” Carlson asked. “Because I don’t give a f*ck,” Kid Rock declared. “I’m not in bed with any big corporate things at the end of the day. There’s nobody I’m beholden to — no record companies, no corporate interests, no nothing. You can’t cancel me. I love it when they try.”

Kid Rock’s We the People tour is headlined by the title song which is highly critical of Joe Biden, which is reflected in the song’s chorus: “We the People, Let’s go, Brandon.” The song concludes, “If you’re down with love and wanna make things better, all we gotta do is just come together, weather the storm, and take my hand. Then follow my lead to the promised land. Cause we the people, we gotta unite.”
Kid Rock and Tucker Carlson also appear to be friends off-camera as well. According to TMZ, the pair was spotted at the recording artist’s Tennesee bar having a great time.

“The Fox News host was spotted letting his hair down at KR’s Big Ass Honky Tonk restaurant in Nashville, where he was given the VIP treatment right from the get-go,” TMZ reported. “We’re told Tuck was whisked away to the VIP ‘Cadillac Room,’ and eventually took in the musical showdown below from an upper deck area … where he and Kid were chopping it up and enjoying some beverages,” they added. “Eyewitnesses even say that Kid got on the mic at one point and announced that Tucker was in the house, to which the audience roared and chanted ‘USA!’”

TMZ went on to report on the platinum singer’s response to being “uncancelable,” saying “as you know, Kid’s been very outspoken on these sorts of issues … taking up cancel culture as his latest social cause.”

Another high-profile Michigan rocker, Ted Nugent, also recently weighed in on Kid Rock. “So Kid Rock and I share that middle finger of independence,” Nugent said. “And the most important thing on the planet: critical thinking. Anything status quo or standard operating procedure must be scrutinized and you will learn to dismiss it. ‘Cause, everything status quo is horrible for the American Dream. And that’s what Kid Rock represents.”
